We treat students as our own children and instill in them the necessary and proper discipline to cultivate a sound mind and a healthy body, as they pursue truth and excellence in their chosen vocation.

We strive to enhance learning and retention by the learner. This we do objectively with but not limited to: written materials, visualizations, charts, diagrams, processes, strategies, or any other appropriate items.

Sufficient Learning Space

Students love space, to play and to do any other activity besides physical education. Macsem has playing grounds and a very big space within the school building.

We maintain a quality Induction and Mentoring program for early service teachers (newly employed).

We ensure a smooth blending of MOET Curriculum and the Adventist Encounter Curriculum.

Reporting

Supporting a development of effective assessment learning processes, with timely reporting to parents.

We endeavor to improve the delivery of their services to the learners by utilizing efficient work strategies.

We are responsible for upholding the standards of the SEVENTH-DAY ADVENTIST church to the communities in which students work and live, much more to the world community. We support good works and charities and promote civic improvements, a better quality of life, security, health and education for all.
