Welcome to the Nutrition Corner Program
At Maluti Adventist Hospital, we believe that access to proper nutrition is fundamental to the health and well-being of individuals and communities. That’s why we’re proud to introduce the Nutrition Corner program, an initiative dedicated to empowering caregivers with the knowledge and resources they need to provide nutritious meals for their families. In Lesotho, malnutrition remains a significant challenge, particularly among children. The Nutrition Corner program is our response to this pressing issue, offering a range of educational workshops, practical demonstrations, and supportive resources to address the root causes of malnutrition and promote healthy eating habits.
Through our diverse programs, caregivers have the opportunity to learn about balanced nutrition, sustainable farming practices, effective food storage techniques, and culinary skills to prepare nutritious meals. We believe that by equipping caregivers with the necessary tools and knowledge, we can make a tangible difference in the lives of families across our community. Join us on this journey to nourish minds and bodies, cultivate healthier lifestyles, and build stronger communities. Together, we can ensure that every child has the opportunity to thrive and reach their full potential.
